Cooking has always been a passion for Brenda Robinette, founder of Robinette & Company Caterers, a Clear Lake/Bay Area based catering company. During the years, she has spent much time exploring local food markets, international fancy food shows and discovering wonderful regional produce and seafood, as well as exotic spices and herbs. This in-depth knowledge of ingredients influence the menus she creates.

Our kitchen has wonderful recipes which Brenda has learned from her south Louisiana mother and her travels abroad, as well as original culinary creations of her own.
In 1990, she established “Dish & Dash” to compliment her catering business. This service provides busy working familes with a nutritional main course for dinner. People who prefer not to eat out on a daily basis and want to eat well at home, but don’t want to cook, can drop by each afternoon for a fresh mouth-watering dish.
