Yachty Gras Boat Parade
Clear Lake puts a maritime spin on Mardi Gras during this family-friendly boat parade. Decorated vessels cruise past the Kemah Boardwalk before turning around in Galveston Bay, often making multiple passes so spectators can soak up every detail and catch plenty of beads along the way.
Mainland Mardi Gras Parade – Texas City
February
This colorful, family-friendly parade fills Texas City with classic Mardi Gras flair. Floats decked out in purple, green, and gold travel a three-mile route along Palmer Highway, tossing beads to cheering crowds. Festivities begin at the Carlos Garza Sports Complex.
