6-Week Prenatal Yoga Series at MVMT Studio
About the series:
-All trimesters welcome.
-No yoga experience required.
-Learn vital breath practices, pelvic floor exercises to help during labor, as well as prenatal yoga postures to help soothe the pregnant body.
-Ease lower back pain, sore achy muscles, SI joint discomfort, round ligament pain and more.
-Relax the mind with yoga designed for the transformation of the pregnant body.
-Practice breathwork, movement, and meditation techniques all combined to help keep you in good shape, strong and comfortable.
-Each class will build upon each other giving you the opportunity to practice using the labor and delivery tools you are learning.
